Ray Roberts is well known for his yachting achievements and not least for his business management and public relations skills. He is the owner and chief executive of Workforce Marine and Workforce International, a leading recruitment and temp staffing agency which was the official provider of over 3000 security and hospitality staff for the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Geoff
has some 40 years experience as a sail maker in Australia. Prior to
joining Quantum Sails in 1996, he achieved significant recognition
working with Ben Lexen at Miller & Whitworth and Hugh Treharne at
Blue Peter Sails/Sobstad where he designed and constructed spinnakers
for the America's Cup-winning yacht, Australia II. Geoff has gained
worldwide recognition with his sail designs for maxi boats, 12 metres
and various other types of boats, including Australia II, III & IV,
Kookaburras I, II and III, South Australia, One Australia, Boomerang,
Ragamuffin, Windward Passage II, Apollo and many more.
Brad
was co-founder of Anson Sails and has been a sail maker for 20 years.
During this time he has contributes significantly to improved sail
technology and racing performance. A competitive sailor for 30 years,
Brad has competed in 10 Sydney to Hobart races including a win on
"Raptor" in 1994 and winning campaigns in the Coral Sea Classic, King's
Cup, Raja Muda, Singapore Straits, Sydney to Southport and Melbourne to
Hobart races.
He has also sailed in many world, European, national and state championships including J24's, Etchells and Farr 40s, with wins in J24 and one design classes.
From
sailing dinghies at the age of 8, Toby has graduated to winning
national titles in Adams 10, JOG and Sydney 38s while also competing in
major offshore races and regattas.
Toby's 10 years of sail making experience began at Scott Sails before a move to Sobstad where he worked with working with Bruce and Brad Anson. Later, Toby helped set up the Sobstad production loft in Malaysia and trained local employees before returning to Australia to work at Hood Sails as a Senior sail maker. Toby brings to Quantum Sails a wealth of sail making experience - from small dinghies and one design to offshore grand prix yachts and cruising boats.
